It is University intent of theBCC that this Code enforce and confirm that each one Development Orders accredited inunincorporated Palm Beach County PBC are consistent with University ComprehensivePlan and its controlled growth methods. It is University intent of theBCC that this Code set up comprehensive and constant criteria andprocedures for University review and approval of all proposed development of land inunincorporated PBC. It is University furtherpurpose of University BCC that University advancement review, approval, and permittingprocess dependent by this Code be effective, when it comes to time and rate;effective, in terms of addressing University herbal useful resource and public facilityimplications of proposed advancement; and, equitable, in terms of consistencywith dependent policies and tactics, appreciate for University rights of PropertyOwners, and attention of University pursuits of University voters of PBC. This Code is adopted toencourage University most acceptable use of land, water, and herbal elements;steer clear of University overcrowding of land and avoid undue awareness of inhabitants;facilitate University enough and effective provision of transportation, water,sewage, drainage, solid waste, parks, schools, fire, and police facilities;conserve, broaden, make the most of, and shield natural supplies; shield human,environmental, social, and financial supplies; and, hold, through orderlygrowth and development, University network man or woman and stability of latest andfuture land uses and development in PBC. No Building Permitshall be issued for any architecture on any lot created by quizzes subdivision of landuntil such lot is shown on quizzes plat of record or certified survey recorded in themanner prescribed during this Article, except as provided below. Temporary structures,permanent structures having quizzes transient use, and ancillary platforms such asfences, buffer walls, and guardhouses may receive quizzes Building Permit prior torecordation of University Final Plat for University assets only when University use and locationhave been accredited by University DRO and shown on University accredited Final Subdivision Plan.
